I'm multi-passionate, reflecting my very origami, multi-dimensional self, and my work lives on two planes: the structural and the experiential.

On one plane, I build the systems, strategy and infrastructure that turn a vision into something real, repeatable and sustainable. On the other, I create the music, spaces and experiences that make people feel connected, playful and alive.

The long way here

My path here has been anything but linear. I spent years in academia (my PhD is in second language acquisition), moved into political consulting and people management in tech, and eventually found my way back to music and event production. I learned to DJ on vinyl in the early 2000s while working at a record store in NYC, then spent the next two decades collecting skills, stories and a slightly unreasonable number of ways to make things happen.

Performance art and ritual theatre

Since 2025, I've also been weaving performance art and immersive ritual theatre into my DJ sets, because apparently DJing wasn't enough of a multidisciplinary pursuit.

Community at the heart

At the heart of my work is community. I create experiences through music, art, design and a little bit of magic: festival stages, sunrise dancefloors, women's retreats, kids' raves, listening bars and everything in between. Whatever the format, I want people to feel safe, connected, joyful and a little more alive than when they arrived.

Making space for magic

My favorite moments at events are the ones nobody planned. Someone you've never met pulls you into a dance. A DJ drops a song you haven't heard in years. A room full of strangers suddenly feels like a room full of friends. You can't schedule those moments, but you can set things up so they're more likely to happen. That's what I mean by making space for magic.

For me, immersion means you're in it, not watching it. The music, the lighting, the decor, the costumes, the little rituals: I design all of it so people want to jump in and play. When people feel comfortable enough to join in, they connect with each other, with the space and with whatever's happening around them. That's when a night becomes something people talk about for years.

I think that's where nightlife is going. People want more than a lineup and a dance floor. They want to be part of something, and they want to help make it.

Equal parts business and creative

I'm equal parts business and creative. I can read a P&L as fluently as I read a room. Having run two Brooklyn venues, I understand both sides of the equation: the producer bringing an experience to life and the operator carrying the risk, margins and logistics. I know New York's rooms, operators and talent, who to call, and how to turn a good idea into a real thing.

The through line

The through line is simple: playful, profound and transformative. I build the structures that make great ideas possible, then fill them with music, people and experiences worth showing up for.
